We’re growing our team in the Dallas–Fort Worth area and are seeking Project Managers and Project Coordinators who are ready to own their work, support our field teams, and help us continue our legacy of excellence.

Role Overview

In this role, you’ll manage or support commercial waterproofing and concrete repair projects—including both new construction and remedial/restoration work. You’ll be responsible for keeping projects on schedule and on budget while coordinating contract requirements, materials, and quality standards.

• Communicate clearly with field teams, clients, and leadership

• Can spot cost and schedule risks early—and act to correct them

• Are as serious about safety and quality as we are

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and track project schedules, budgets, and job costs

• Coordinate material selection, procurement, and submittals

• Participate in internal and external scheduling and coordination meetings

• Identify potential safety and construction risks and work with the team to mitigate them

• Clearly communicate scope, expectations, and quality standards to all project stakeholders

• Collaborate with QA/QC inspectors to ensure work is completed correctly and documented

• Support strict adherence to company safety programs, OSHA standards, and jobsite safety practices with a “safety first” mindset

Qualifications

• Degree in Construction Science, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred

• Experience in construction field management or project coordination preferred (waterproofing/concrete a plus)

• Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision

• Strong follow-up and organization skills; able to juggle multiple responsibilities without losing detail

• Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with field teams, clients, and vendors

• Willing to learn – we will train the right candidates who bring drive, reliability, and a strong work ethic

• Must have non-residential commercial construction experience
