MEI holds an annual Customer Appreciation Event celebrating existing relationships, building new relationships and giving back to the community. Donations are raised from MEI as well as its partners, distributors, manufacturers, and friends of the event with a portion of the proceeds going to Scottish Rite for Children.
Past performers included the Gin Blossoms and ZZ Top.
