Balfour Beatty selected Mobile Enterprises to install Neogard’s multi-coat Traffic-Tuff epoxy flooring system with a urethane top coat and moisture-mitigating primer. It was determined that the existing concrete slabs-on-grade exhibited excessive moisture vapor transmission rates that required the incorporation of Neogard’s moisture-mitigating primer.

Following the floor coating applications at the East and West Concourse areas, including the Concession areas, MEI produced two (2) 25- foot custom colored Cotton Bowl logo templates made of a breathable vinyl material. The logos were embedded onto the Traffic-Tuff epoxy flooring system and sealed into place with 3-coats of a clear urethane top coat. The stadium was completed in plenty of time to host the several football games that were held in October during the 2013 State Fair of Texas.
