The existing coating on this pedestrian roof deck was bubbling and delaminating due to moisture.

Mobile Enterprises was hired to make repairs. Expansion joints were routed and resealed. Blistered and debonded areas were removed, and spalled concrete repaired. The deck was then cleaned and prepared to receive a waterproof deck coating.

3M Pedestrian Topping System was then installed on this 18,000 sq. ft. roof deck.
