Austin Commercial selected Mobile Enterprises, Inc. to provide the waterproofing applications at the new UNT Health Science Center Education Building in Fort Worth, Texas.
The waterproofing applications on this project included waterproofing the elevator pits with 2-coats of Vandex Super; installing Tremco’s Exo-Air 120 air barrier membrane over the Dens-glass behind the exterior limestone veneer; and caulking all the exterior precast concrete panels and limestone joints with Tremco’s Spectrem 1 Silicone sealant.
