President / Owner
Graduated in 1975 with a Marketing degree from the University of Texas School of Business in Austin. As President of Mobile Enterprises, Inc., responsibilities include overseeing daily operations of the business, executing overall financial decisions, executing all insurance and bonding decisions, developing annual and long term marketing plans and budgets, advertising, networking with both HUB and WBE business opportunities for Mobile Enterprises, Inc., and extending commercial services into new strategic market areas such as concrete staining. Personally and corporately received certification to apply the complete Scoffield commercial concrete stain systems including concrete preparation and staining. Certifications include Blueprint Reading and Blueprint Math, Concrete Staining, Workplace Compliance & Law Update, HUB, WBE, NCTRCA and TxDOT LINC Program. Prior to August 2004, previous career included 28 years in management and sales with a fortune 500 company.
Executive Vice President
Graduate of Texas Wesleyan University School of Law with a Juris Doctor degree and the University of Louisiana in Monroe with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction. Over 30 years of experience in the waterproofing and restoration industry. Responsible for new business development, project estimating, new construction and remedial restoration sales, contract negotiations along with project management. Major projects have included: the Historic Adolphus Hotel, the Majestic Theater, the DFW Terminal Airport Expansion, the Fort Worth Bank One Tower (The Tower), 5950 Sherry Lane Office Building, and the Radio Shack Campus in Fort Worth.
Chief Operations Officer
Graduate of the University of North Texas with a Master of Business Administration and Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Environmental Design in Architecture. Over 29 years of experience in waterproofing, roofing, and building maintenance and restoration. Responsible for executive oversight of all aspects of the Texas and Oklahoma markets including sales, marketing and business development, project operations, project management, safety and quality control, and day to day business operations. Major projects include Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, OU Football Stadium Remediation, Blanton Hall Restoration at SMU, DFW Terminal Expansion as well as various bridge maintenance and repair projects.
Bryan Payne – Vice President Sales & Estimating
A graduate of Southern Methodist University with a Master of Liberal Arts and Southwest Texas State University with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice. Over 25 years of construction and consulting experience with a full range of expertise including sales, project management, and operations for large-scale and high-profile projects. A solid reputation for consistently achieving and exceeding sales goals. Skilled in building as well as maintaining business relationships with industry-leading general contractors, architects, and owners. Selected to serve on numerous Board of Directors. Key projects include Toyota Headquarters, Dallas Cowboys Practice Facility, The Village – Dallas and the President George Bush Library.
Timothy D. Morris – Accounting Manager
Graduate of Sam Houston State University with a Master’s of Science in Accounting and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Texas Tech University. Over four years of experience as the Controller of Accounts for Nelson Propane Inc.. Responsible for Financial Statement Preparation, Month End Processing and Payroll Processing. Assisted with the Financials for Nelson during the Acquisitions of Strube Propane, Sandy Land Propane and Lyle Oil Company. Two years as a Staff accountant with Builders FirstSource, Inc. specializing in Inventory and Fixed Assets. Processing monthly inventory obsolescence and shrinkage as well as managing the capitalization, disposals and loan payments for the entire corporate fleet of vehicles and equipment at over 50 locations. Previously spent one year as a Staff Accountant with Legacy Housing Corp. working in accounts receivable and overseeing the conversion of their loan tracking system from Quickbooks to Northridge Loan Servicing for over 1500+ loans.
Johnathan Winkles – Project Executive
Graduate of Texas A&M University with a Bachelors in Construction Science. Over 25 years of experience in concrete, dirt work, waterproofing, coatings, expansion joints, remedial restoration, electrical, and general contracting. Strong operations background with a track record of successful projects, executed safely with satisfied clients. Major projects have included NRG Stadium (formerly Reliant), L’Auberge du Lac Casino, Galveston National Lab (BSL Level 4 lab), Houston IAH and Hobby Airports, TAMU ILSB Building, TAMU Liberal Arts Building, Erato St. Cruise Ship Terminal, City of Houston Central Permitting Center (National ABC Eagle Award).
Derek Scheiblich – Senior Project Manager
Derek hired with Mobile Enterprises, Inc. in March 1996. He has twenty-seven (27) years experience in structure repair methods and applications. Formerly with Integral Bonding Systems, some of Derek’s major projects include the exterior repair of the First National Bank in Galveston, the exterior masonry restoration of the five-story Reef Fund One Building at 6700 West Loop South in Houston, the exterior limestone restoration of the One Alamo Center in San Antonio, and the Southern Pacific Railroad Locomotion Shop in Houston. Derek provides overall supervision, coordination, scheduling, and record keeping on all projects.
